BBQ Romanian style

I'm writing again about something that has happened a while ago. Last year in August I met a Romanian lady through work. She's been in England for 20 years and lives with her sister, who's been here for even longer - 40 yrs! We exchanged phone numbers and a couple of weeks later she called and invited us to go over on a Sunday for a nice lunch in their back yard. Maria even picked us up after church as we didn't have a car at the time and they live 20-30 minutes away. Somehow I don't have Maria in any of the pictures, only her sister (Mariana ;-)) who did all the cooking - oh, so delicious!


(I just realized looking at this picture that we bought the exact same BBQ grill a couple of weeks ago!)




The kids had a great time running around and playing in the big garden





I can't believe how much they've changed in less than a year... it makes me slightly sad... they grow too fast...






Andrei is always so sociable, he and Mariana clicked immediately :)
